Falcon Rowing & Canoeing Club - £4,600

This grant is to enable the club to purchase five sprint kayaks to be used to attract new people to the club for this style of racing.  They estimate that up to 200 young people aged between 14-16+ will benefit from these boats.

Special Olympics Oxfordshire - £3,642

A Grassroots Grant funded a new project called 'Get Soo involved' to get more people with learning disabilities involved, regularly participating and competing in sport with Special Olympics Oxfordshire.

Parasol - £3,750

OCF have supported the Parasol Project on a number of occasions.  Parasol works with young people who are in some way disadvantaged, whether it be through disability, learning difficulties or the home environment.  They also work with able-bodied young people who help and support those with disabilities.

Oxford Food Bank - £2,750

A grant helped establish the Oxford Food Bank, now called re-plenish, to redistribute unsold food from local supermarkets and suppliers to vulnerable people and reduce the amount of food being sent to landfill sites.
