About Us
Oxfordshire Community Foundation was set up in 1995 and is part of a rapidly growing network of 56 Community Foundations which has been active in the UK since the 1980's.
To date Oxfordshire Community Foundation:

has given out grants totalling over £2½ million

has helped over 750 organisations

made more than 1,000 grants

has endowment funds of £1.3 million.

has managed and distributed over £1.5 million of statutory funds.
Our Mission Statement:
We are committed to improving the quality of life of the people of Oxfordshire by raising and managing funds for distribution in response to local needs.
The Foundation is a member of and accredited to the national Community Foundation Network.
By March 2007 UK Community Foundations collectively held over £150 million in endowment (funds for the future) and a year ago made grants of over £70 million.
